Salary: £100 - £115 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school in Swansea who are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor. The school provides a supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to engage positively with their education and achieve their potential.

The school is looking for a confident Cover Supervisor, with short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time opportunities available. The successful Cover Supervisor will work across different subjects and year groups, supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-planned work and maintaining a positive classroom environment.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Experience managing groups of young people in a classroom or educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A confident and adaptable approach
• A positive and proactive attitude
