A secondary school in Southampton is looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team after April. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain focused and engaged in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups.

• Communicate with teaching staff and senior leadership to report on class progress.
