As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain focused on pre-prepared work. This position offers excellent career progression and stable pay rates for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals.Key Tasks: Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher to ensure continuity of learning. Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement. Ensure students complete assigned tasks set by the teacher across multiple subjects. Track, monitor, and report student progress or classroom issues to senior staff.Requirements: Proven experience or relevant training as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or sports coach. Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
