As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences and ensure students remain focused on pre-prepared work. Key Tasks:
* Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher to ensure continuity of learning.
* Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.
* Ensure students complete assigned tasks set by the teacher across multiple subjects.
* Track, monitor, and report student progress or classroom issues to senior staff.

Requirements:
* Proven experience or relevant training as a Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or sports coach.
* Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
* Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
