Weandrsquo;re currently recruiting adaptable and dependable Cover Supervisors to support a variety of well-managed secondary schools acrossandnbsp;Watfordandnbsp;on a day-to-day supply basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
• Keep students focused and ensure school behaviour policies are followed
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently and professionally
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and conduct
• Adapt quickly to different subjects and school settings
• Be punctual, proactive, and reliable for daily assignments

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Experience working with young people in schools or youth settings
• Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management
• Flexibility and resilience across varied age groups and school environments
• Professional communication and a positive attitude
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
