We Are Looking For: Previous experience working in a school setting as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or Supply Teacher is desirable Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Confidence leading a classroom and supervising students across KS3 and KS4 A positive and adaptable approach to working within different departments Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare The ability to follow lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged in learning A flexible and professional attitude The Role Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities provided by teaching staff Maintain a positive and focused learning environment Manage classroom behaviour in line with ..... full job details .....
