Cover Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools within the WD3 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous teaching or classroom experience who enjoys supporting students in their learning while maintaining a positive classroom environment.

Contract Details
- Location: WD3 area
- Position: Cover Supervisor
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for long-term opportunities)
- Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Pay Rate: Around GBP115 per day

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences.
- Ensure students remain on task and complete the work set by the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- No planning or marking required - all lesson materials will be provided.

Requirements
- Previous teaching, tutoring, or classroom experience is essential.
- You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, or live locally within easy commuting distance of the WD3 area.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A positive, flexible, and professional attitude.

To Be Eligible
You must:
- Have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
- Provide two professional references covering the last two years.
