We are recruiting a Primary Cover Supervisor to work in a friendly and supportive school in Northampton from September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and can confidently manage a class in the teacher''s absence.

The Role:

• Supervise and deliver pre-planned lessons across primary year groups.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage active participation.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and lesson outcomes.

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with primary-aged children in a school or educational setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach.
• The confidence to lead a class independently.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
