Cover Supervisor DoncasterLocation: DoncasterStart Date: ASAPContract Type: Supply / TemporaryJob DescriptionPK Education are recruiting for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Doncaster.This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates, aspiring teachers or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain further experience within a secondary school environment.As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-planned work and ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will play an important role in maintaining continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.The Role: Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 Delivering pre-planned work set by the class teacher Managing classroom behaviour effectively Ensuring students remain engaged and on task Supporting students where appropriate Working across a range of subjects and year groups Following individual school policies and proceduresThe Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with young people is desirable Experience as a Cover Supervisor is advantageous but not essential Confident managing groups of secondary-aged students Strong communication and behaviour management skills Reliable, adaptable and able to work across different departments Hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS CheckWhy choose PK Education?
