Cover Supervisor - Lancaster Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work in a mainstream secondary school within the Lancaster area, starting as soon as possible and continuing until Christmas.Pay: 110- 145 per dayLocation: LancasterStart Date: ASAPDuration: Until ChristmasSetting: Mainstream Secondary SchoolThe Role:Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively.Support students across a range of subjects.The Ideal Candidate:Has strong classroom management skills.Is confident, reliable and adaptable.Has experience working with secondary school-aged students (desirable).Is passionate about supporting young people in their education.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cover Supervisor or someone looking to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting.Interested?
