GSL Education is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and inclusive secondary school in Aylesbury. This Cover Supervisor role provides the chance to work within a single school setting, allowing you to become a familiar and valued presence in the classroom.

The school has a strong focus on student progress and behaviour, offering a supportive environment for any Cover Supervisor looking to develop their skills.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure a productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively following school policies
• Support students in their learning where needed
• Report back to teaching staff on student engagement and progress

The ideal Cover Supervisor will be adaptable, confident, and committed to maintaining high standards in the classroom. Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
