GSL Education is seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming and well-established secondary school in High Wycombe. This Cover Supervisor role offers the opportunity to work consistently within one school environment, building strong relationships with staff and students.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
• Deliver pre-set work and maintain a focused learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students with their learning where required
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

The ideal Cover Supervisor will be confident, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff. Previous experience working with young people or within a school setting is desirable.
