The role of a Cover Supervisor will include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment
• Supervising groups of pupils in the absence of their regular teacher
• Supporting the continuation of learning in line with school policies

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in education or working with young people (desirable)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Confidence in managing classes and support young people (aged 11-18)
• A flexible and proactive approach to supporting the school day
• Reliably commutable to Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
• Professionals from transferable backgrounds (e.g. - Police, Care) are encouraged to apply
