This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in Court of Protection work who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, client-focused firm.The Role Court of Protection Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, advising and supporting clients and their families on a range of issues relating to property, financial affairs and welfare. Your responsibilities will include:Court of Protection Solicitor to own caseload of Court of Protection mattersAdvising deputies, attorneys, families and other professionalsPreparing and submitting applications to the Court of ProtectionDealing with deputyship and property and financial affairs mattersPreparing annual deputy reports and financial accountsAssisting with complex and sensitive client mattersLiaising with the Court of Protection, OPG and other relevant organisationsBuilding strong, long-term relationships with clients and professional contactsAbout You The successful candidate will ideally have:2+ years'' PQE with relevant Court of Protection experienceA good understanding of Court of Protection procedures and deputyship workExcellent organisational and time-management skillsCourt of Protection Solicitor with strong attention to detailThe ability to ..... full job details .....
