We are looking for a COURIER CUSTOMER SERVICES / LOGISTICS CLERK!This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, working with people and learning how a fast-moving business operates. You don''t need years of experience - we''re looking for the right attitude, a willingness to learn and someone who takes pride in getting things done.What you''ll be doingArranging daily collections and deliveries with approved courier providersBooking domestic and international shipments through courier portalsPreparing shipping labels, customs documentation and delivery paperworkTracking shipments and proactively dealing with any delivery issues or delaysKeeping customers and internal teams updated on delivery progressWorking closely with the warehouse team to prioritise urgent shipmentsHelping with stock movements and general warehouse administration when neededMaking sure orders are packed and dispatched accurately and within agreed timeframesGetting involved in the day-to-day running of a busy logistics operationCarrying out lifting and manual handling safely and in line with company guidelinesWhat we are looking for!
