Courier Customer Service

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Courier Customer Service Agent for a well-established Freight / Courier company based in the Heathrow area.Key Tasks:-• Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening• Great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices• Basic maths and accounting skills• Organization, time management and prioritization abilities• Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of client information• Effective computer skills to input to use account management software in a timely and efficient manner• Excellent knowledge of excel, ideally with Intermediate experience level, able to use pivot tables and formulas.Skills and Competencies:-• Be Customer focused with dedication in your service delivery to meet Customer needs.• Ability to maintain positive mind-set when working under pressure, re-prioritising workload where necessary.• Be reliable with the ability to multitask and have strong problem-solving skills.• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.• Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly as required.• Knowledge of the freight transport industry.• Experience within Accountancy and billing.• Prior experience in an accountancy environment• Excel qualification to intermediate level or the equivalent of - not essential.Benefits include:- Overtime at 1.5 ..... full job details .....
