Kinetic plc are currently recruiting for several experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join an established and innovative business based in Sunderland.This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary ongoing position for a minimum of 6 months, with the potential for the assignment to continue longerA valid, in-date and external recognised Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential.Please note - You must be available to work both morning and afternoon shifts and in-house forklift licences are not suitable for this position.Shift Pattern and Pay - Morning Shift Monday to Friday 07:00 until 15:00 14.35 per hourAfternoon Shift Monday to Friday 15:00 until 23:00 14.60 per hourThe RoleWorking within a busy warehouse and logistics environment, you will support the movement, handling and preparation of goods, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities - Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload delivery wagons Picking orders accurately using a handheld scanner Moving goods and materials between different areas of the warehouse Preparing, packaging and labelling products for dispatch Ensuring goods are handled and stored safely Maintaining accurate picking and stock records where required Following warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet operational deadlinesAbout You -To be considered for this opportunity, you will need - An in-date external recognised ..... full job details .....
