Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Job Summary The Counterbalance Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials within a warehouse or distribution environment. The role ensures efficient handling of goods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, transport, and stack materials safely and efficiently Move goods to and from storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and production lines Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance or safety issues promptly Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance as required Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to company procedures Assist with inventory control, stock counts, and stock rotation Ensure goods are stored correctly and securely to prevent damage Follow all company health and safety regulations and warehouse procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Requirements Valid counterbalance forklift certification/license Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift (typically 1+ year preferred) Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to insert weight, e.g., 25kg/50lbs ) Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices ..... full job details .....
