Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Your new companyHays is working with a leading regional firm specialising in audit and accounting, tax planning, and corporate finance, where many of the Partners, Directors and staff are ex-Big 4, and this is represented by the quality and complexity of the projects and the clients they work with. Partnering with several leading private equity firms, the work largely centres around advising owner-managed businesses around transactional events, cross-border work, EIS, inward / outwards investment, and share schemes. Your new roleYou will be joining a dynamic team of 20 in Tax, led by two ex-Big 4 Tax Partners, taking the lead as they carve out a new corporate tax compliance team. Reviewing and approving corporation tax computations and tax accounting, as well as undertaking some tax assurance reviews.Building client relationships with our portfolio of owner-managed businesses.Negotiating and raising fees and being responsible for WIP management on your portfolio of clients.Proactively talking to clients about tax opportunities which may be relevant to them, and working with the tax partners and wider tax team to deliver on such work.What you''ll need to succeedExtensive experience of working with a portfolio of clients to deliver on annual corporation tax reporting requirements.CTA/ATT (or equivalent) qualificationDemonstrate broad and strong technical tax knowledge and experience.Broad experience of managing the financials of clients, delivering on budgets and negotiating ..... full job details .....
