In this senior role, you will:Oversee and review corporate tax returns for a wide range of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporate groups.Provide technical guidance on corporate tax matters, ensuring high standards across the team.Manage workflow, resource planning and operational performance within the compliance team.Support clients through complex compliance issues, tax reviews and HMRC interactions.Work closely with partners to drive continuous improvement, enhance systems and support the wider tax strategy.Mentor, develop and lead tax team members, fostering a culture of quality and progression.This is a leadership position with the scope to shape the compliance service line, influence process improvement, and contribute to long-term ..... full job details .....
