An established and growing accountancy practice is looking for a Corporate Tax Senior to join its Leeds tax team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their experience, work more closely with clients and develop their advisory skills within a supportive and progressive environment. Rather than being purely compliance-led, the role will give you exposure to a variety of corporate tax projects and the opportunity to work alongside experienced Managers and Directors. What you''ll be doing You''ll work across a varied portfolio and take increasing responsibility for your clients, including: Preparing corporation tax computations and returns. Managing day-to-day relationships with your own portfolio of clients. Responding to client queries and providing practical tax guidance. Assisting with corporate tax advisory and planning projects. Supporting acquisitions, disposals and restructuring assignments. Assisting with group reorganisations and changes in ownership. Identifying potential tax planning opportunities. Working closely with accounts, audit and advisory teams. Supporting Managers and Directors on more complex assignments. Developing your technical knowledge across a broad range of corporate tax matters. Assisting with the review and development of junior team members where appropriate.
