The role You''ll have responsibility for a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a trusted day-to-day adviser and supporting them across a range of tax matters. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients. Overseeing the preparation and review of corporation tax computations and returns. Providing practical corporate tax advice to clients. Identifying tax planning opportunities. Advising on business acquisitions, disposals and restructuring. Supporting group reorganisations and changes to ownership structures. Working with clients on their wider commercial and tax objectives. Building strong relationships with owners, directors and senior stakeholders. Working collaboratively with accounts, audit and wider advisory teams.
