Corporate Associate / Senior Associate 4+ PQE Hertfordshire An established and highly regarded Legal 500 regional law firm is looking to strengthen its growing Corporate team with an experienced and commercially minded Corporate Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with ambitious growth plans and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality corporate work, including MandA, investments, corporate advisory, constitutional matters and banking and finance. The team regularly handles complex and high-value transactions, including work that would traditionally be undertaken by larger City and national practices, while maintaining a more personal and collegiate approach to client service. The opportunity The successful candidate will play an important role in the continued growth of the Corporate team, taking ownership of matters and leading on transactions while working closely with Partners on more complex and high-value work. You will have the opportunity to: Work on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on MandA. Take ownership of transactions from instruction through to completion. Advise a varied client base across multiple sectors. Develop and strengthen direct client relationships. Work closely with Partners and benefit from excellent access to senior lawyers.
