Corporate Solicitor - London A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join its growing and successful Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking to take on high-quality work, develop long-term client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of this established and successful law firm. As a Corporate Solicitor your role will involve advising a diverse client base of SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and entrepreneurs across a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructurings, company law matters and wider strategic business transactions.
