Corporate Solicitor Location: London Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience. My client is a Legal 500-recognised law firm that has enjoyed sustained growth across the business for many years. They are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor, with ideally at least 5 years'' post qualification experience, to join their team. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Qualified Solicitor, with ideally at least 5 years'' PQE in Corporate work. Experience advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and entrepreneurs. Ability to lead transactions from instruction through to completion, working within the firm''s processes in an organised way. Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering client outcomes. Ambition to develop client relationships and progress within the firm, taking advantage of cross-referral opportunities. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills. Experience of business development and networking. Experience supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior lawyers and trainees desirable, but not essential. Experience across a broad range of corporate work, including M and A, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, and general company law advisory work, particularly in a real estate context given the core business of our firm.
