Large commercial law firm in the City is seeking to recruit a Corporate Partner to their London office. The team assists clients from a broad range of sectors including retail, energy, tech, FIG and infrastructure and provides transactional advice on: public and private MandA, joint ventures and equities issues, public company work (particularly AIM and Standard List admissions), reverse takeovers, and capital raisings.Responsibilities
