for the right candidate.Responsibilities

Supporting solicitors with a wide range of corporate matters, including MandA transactions, private equity, company restructures, and shareholder agreementsDrafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents, board minutes, and ancillary documentationManaging data rooms, due diligence processes, and document collationLiaising with clients, companies house, and other external partiesConducting legal research and preparing internal reportsAssisting with the preparation and submission of filingsSupporting the team in administrative tasks and maintaining case filesQualifications

A minimum 2:1 degree in Law (or equivalent)Previous paralegal experience within a corporate or commercial law setting is highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlinesA proactive attitude and eagerness to learnCommitment to a long-term legal career, ideally with a view to securing a training contractWhats on Offer
