You will support a busy and collaborative corporate team on a range of matters, including:MandA transactions (buy and sell side)Private equity investmentsShareholder and investment agreementsCorporate reorganisationsDue diligence exercises and data room managementCompany secretarial support and Companies House filingsDrafting ancillary documents and legal researchThe role offers hands-on experience, excellent exposure to high-value deals, and the chance to work closely with senior lawyers in a team that is known for developing its junior talent.The Ideal Candidate

Paralegal with 12+ months experience in corporate law or transactional workStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident communicator, both written and verbalAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA genuine interest in corporate law and commercial transactionsLaw degree and/or LPC/SQE preferred (but not essential)Why Apply?
