This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated insolvency professional to take the next step in their career within a well-established practice handling a varied and high-quality caseload.The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate insolvency and restructuring matters, with clear progression opportunities and a supportive working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closureHandling procedures including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and compulsory liquidationsSupporting and working closely with Insolvency Practitioners on complex assignmentsReviewing case work prepared by junior staff, ensuring technical accuracy and complianceActing as a key point of contact for Directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholdersEnsuring all case work is completed in line with SIPs, statutory requirements, and internal proceduresAssisting with staff supervision, training, and development (Manager level)Contributing to process improvements and best practice within the teamCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience within corporate insolvency, ..... full job details .....
