You''ll be involved in all aspects of case management and play a key role in ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations, Creditors'' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), and Members'' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs).Draft and prepare all necessary documentation for case progression and statutory reporting.Liaise confidently with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders throughout the insolvency process.Undertake investigations into company affairs, including director conduct reviews and asset realisation.Reconcile accounts, process receipts and payments, and maintain accurate case ..... full job details .....
