A leading, renewable energy developer and operator is looking for Corporate Finance Manager Your new companyA high-growth, mixed-asset, global energy business with operations in the UK, Europe and the US. The company has a view to developing and increasing its portfolio (Solar and BESS) significantly this year and next and is very well-funded to achieve these goals.Your new roleWorking with both the Global Head of Strategy, Head of Corporate Finance and COO, this role is all about working with the investment team, leading valuations processes, building portfolio management strategies, as well as identifying investment strategies.DutiesImplement and own strategic decision-making and processesWorking with deal teams to implement and grow opportunitiesIndividual portfolio valuationScenario modelling and valuation methodologyPresenting to the boardContributing to the strategic direction of the businessWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will need to come from a corporate finance, project development or investment background, ideally with exposure within the sector or related area. The role is a broad-in-home function, so it should be a brilliant opportunity to be involved with the investment team across the whole deal process and expand career in growing, global business.
