As they continue to evolve and expand, they are seeking a commercially astute and analytically driven Finance Manager to join their Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Supply Chain team.The Role As a key member of our Finance function, you will provide strategic financial and commercial support to our RTW Unit and Supply Chain Leads. You''ll play a pivotal role in driving margin improvement, cost efficiency, and investment decision-making across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted partnerships with RTW and Supply Chain leaders, delivering insightful analysis with a strong commercial lens.Lead product costing guidance across seasonal forecasts, budgets, and 3-year planning.Partner with cross-functional teams to manage margins and support related initiatives.Drive improved control and reduction of raw material excess (RMX) through process optimisation and collaboration.Produce and monitor procurement budgets and RMX utilisation targets.Manage Group-level RMX provisions, including actuals and forecasts.Ensure financial rigour in investment decisions and track savings projects to margin impact.Contribute to strategic margin initiatives, including cost efficiency and investment projects.Required ExperienceQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc. ..... full job details .....
