This isn''t a narrowly defined corporate role where you spend your days processing one type of transaction. The work is genuinely varied, covering corporate transactions, commercial contracts, business structures, partnerships and wider commercial advice. You''ll work directly with business owners, directors and senior stakeholders, helping them navigate both the immediate legal issue and the wider commercial considerations behind it. On the corporate side, you can expect exposure to matters including: Share acquisitions and disposals Business sales and purchases Shareholder agreements Corporate reorganisations and restructures Partnership and LLP matters Management buy-ins and buy-outs Share-for-share exchanges Corporate governance and directors'' responsibilities Corporate finance and funding The commercial work is equally broad, including commercial contracts, terms and conditions, agency and distribution arrangements, supplier and customer agreements, loan agreements and guarantees, IP matters and general day-to-day commercial advice.
