You will be part of a dynamic team of over 70 property professionals, working with high-net-worth clients and key introducers across London and the Southwest. Day-to-day of the role: Work closely with a small team of Paralegals and Assistants. Build and maintain relationships with key Estate Agents and Broker introducers. Handle a varied portfolio of residential property deals including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, lease extensions, refinancing, and transfer of equity work. Required Skills and Qualifications: Circa 4 years+ PQE in residential property work (Solicitor, CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer). Comprehensive experience across the full range of residential property transactions. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships. Proven team management skills with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor junior team members. Ambition to grow and progress within the firm.
