Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor Location: Leeds Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience Reed are currently working with one of their established Leeds based clients to recruit a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions and ensure clients consistently receive an excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish. Providing expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters. Conducting title searches Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales. Candidates with all levels of PQE will be considered Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other legal tech. Strong organisation and time-management skills.
