Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our team and manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to legal completion. Key Responsibilities • Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion • Handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity • Progress matters efficiently and accurately, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept regularly informed • Provide clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, other solicitors and third parties • Prepare and review legal documentation and ensure all necessary searches, enquiries and checks are completed • Manage exchange and completion processes and deal with post-completion requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and case records using the firm''s case management system • Maintain high standards of client care, professionalism and confidentiality • Work towards agreed billing, time recording, aged debt and other performance targets • Take responsibility for credit control on your own matters, with support from the Accounts team • Ensure compliance with relevant professional regulations, procedures and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) where applicable • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate ..... full job details .....
