Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Milton Keynes Salary £24,000 - £29,000 (DOE) 35 hours a week (Part-time hours also available) 25 days holiday plus BH and birthday Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a busy and supportive residential property team? Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support across a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your conveyancing career within a well-established and growing legal practice. The Role Working closely with Fee Earners and Solicitors, you will play a key role in supporting residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion. Key responsibilities will include: Providing legal and administrative support to the conveyancing team Opening and closing files and carrying out client ID checks Submitting searches, Land Registry applications and mortgage redemptions Assisting with residential property transactions and managing related documentation Checking mortgage offers and search results Liaising confidently with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties Keeping clients updated throughout the conveyancing process Preparing invoices, financial statements and arranging bank transfers Assisting with completions and post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications Maintaining ..... full job details .....
