Conveyancing Executive Previous Experience Cheltenham Office Based Up to £30,000 DOE GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be supporting a highly respected Cheltenham based law firm recruiting a Conveyancing Executive to join their busy and supportive Residential Property team on a full time, permanent contract. An immediate start can be available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years'' experience supporting a conveyancing team who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional environment. Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of experience beyond this, provided they have a solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process. Working alongside experienced solicitors and conveyancers, you will play a key role in ensuring residential property transactions progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of client service. The Role: Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Preparing contract packs and legal documentation Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision Carrying out searches and Land Registry applications Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion work Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Required Skills and Experience: Have a minimum of two years'' experience supporting a ..... full job details .....
