Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - 3+ PQEAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Accredited Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy and supportive Commercial and Residential Property team.This role offers the chance to handle a varied caseload of both commercial and residential property matters within a collaborative and dynamic working environment. The successful candidate will work with a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and investors, providing expert legal advice across a wide range of property transactions.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Managing a varied caseload of commercial and residential property mattersHandling acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant mattersAdvising clients on all aspects of commercial and residential property lawDrafting and negotiating leases, tenancy agreements and related legal documentationConducting property due diligence and advising on property transactionsEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirementsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contactsRequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates should have:A minimum of 3 years PQE within Commercial and Residential PropertyExperience handling a varied caseload including:Property transactionsLeasesLandlord and Tenant mattersProperty disputesStrong working knowledge ..... full job details .....
