Are you an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or qualified Conveyancer looking for a change away from fee earning?My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced, qualified Conveyancer keen to take on a new and exciting challenge within a non-fee-earning role. This is a home-based role; however, you will be required to travel UK-wide on a bi-weekly basis, visiting panel law firms.This role does involve a considerable amount of travel. You will be auditing firms twice a month for three days and will be expected to attend the office one day a month. The rest of the time will be spent working from home. The office is Merseyside-based, with most of the panel in the North West/Midlands region. It could accommodate a candidate from anywhere across this area.The main purpose of the role will be to support the Legal Services Manager in ensuring that formed relationships with the firm''s panel firms continue to offer excellent service delivery and capacity management for all remortgage and conveyancing services. This will include ensuring the services it offers are compliant with the relevant rules and regulations associated with each product.
