Contracts Manager - DryliningSheffield£55k-£65k + PackageAre you a Contracts Manager from a drylining background?Do you have experience delivering large scale drylining projects?TS Recruitment are working with a specialist drylining contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial projects across the North of England.Benefits Salary circa £55k-£65k Car allowance or company car Long-term progression opportunities Projects across Yorkshire and the North of EnglandResponsibilities Manage 2-4 multi million-pound drylining projects at a time Attend prestart meetings and manage delivery from start to finish Write and manage site programmes Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality Manage labour, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors Ensure HandS compliance across all sites Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control Project values circa £1-5 million Report directly to the Regional DirectorCompany Specialist drylining contractor Projects ranging from £1 to £5m Work includes healthcare, education and MOD work Renowned name in the industry Work for Tier 1 main contractorsRequirements Strong technical knowledge of internal trades SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified Minimum 5 years'' management experience Good IT and reporting skills Full UK driving licenceApplicationsIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, ..... full job details .....
