Are you a Contracts Manager, Site Manager or Project Manager from an internal finishes background looking to take real ownership in a growing specialist business, with a clear route towards a senior leadership position?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding commercial flooring contractor working on a wide variety of projects including care homes, hospitals and wet rooms, where you will be trusted to run jobs from handover through to completion and quality sign-off.

The company have quickly built a strong reputation for delivering a high-quality service and looking after their team. With continued growth and new work coming in, they are now looking to add a Contracts Manager to help drive the next phase of expansion.

In this role you will take responsibility for managing projects on site, organising materials from measurements, overseeing quality and health & safety, snagging, and liaising directly with clients to resolve issues and keep programmes on track. The work is mainly Leicester-based with occasional travel nationwide on larger projects, with hybrid working available once established.

This role would suit a someone with strong leadership experience and a background in internals, finishing or commercial flooring looking for a long-term role offering autonomy, growth and progression towards senior leadership.

The Role:

• Managing commercial flooring and internal finishing projects
• Ordering materials from measurements and coordinating deliveries to site
• Snagging, quality checks and overseeing health & safety on site
• Liaising with clients, advising on issues and ensuring smooth handover

The Person:

• Contracts Manager / Site Manager / Project Manager experience with team leadership
• Background in internals / finishing / decorating or commercial flooring
• Full UK driving licence & CSCS
