Contracts Manager (Full Time)Up to £60,000 + £6,500 Car AllowanceAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Contracts Manager to join a growing construction business delivering projects across the fit out, refurbishment and general building sectors.Key Responsibilities: Overseeing up to 4 live projects at any one time (more on smaller schemes)Managing project programmes and reporting progress against key milestonesReviewing and implementing CPPs, RAMS and site proceduresProducing monthly reports for senior leadershipWorking closely with Quantity Surveyors and site teams to ensure successful project deliveryManaging Design and Build and framework projects from start to finishMaintaining control of project performance, budgets and timescales Project Experience Required: Fit out and refurbishment projectsGeneral construction worksEducation, office and commercial projectsNew build schemes up to £5m, including steel frame construction Candidate Requirements: Previous experience as a Contracts ManagerStrong understanding of construction delivery, health and safety and project reportingExperience running multiple projects simultaneouslyBackground with SME or regional contractors preferred Package: Salary up to £65,000£6,500 Car Allowance If you''re a driven construction professional looking to progress your career with a contractor delivering a varied portfolio of projects, we''d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
