Contracts ManagerReporting To: Roofing DirectorWe are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Contracts Manager to take ownership of the successful delivery of client contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, to a high standard, on programme and within budget.This is a key operational role, acting as the main point of contact for clients and providing leadership to Site Managers, Project Managers, TLOs, operatives, subcontractors and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Take overall responsibility for the effective management and delivery of client contracts, ensuring agreed KPIs, quality standards, programmes and contractual requirements are achieved.Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors and other key stakeholders.Lead and support operational teams, ensuring resources, labour and subcontractors are effectively planned and managed.Monitor contract performance, costs, risks and opportunities, taking corrective action where required.Work closely with the Commercial Manager and wider commercial team to ensure contracts are delivered profitably and contractual entitlements are protected.Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health and safety, quality and environmental requirements, maintaining a strong zero-tolerance approach to health and safety.Develop programmes of work, resource plans and operational reports, providing clear performance information to senior management.Lead client and ..... full job details .....
