Contracts Manager - Fit Out and Joinery Location: Greater Manchester (Office-Based)Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Electric Company Car + Private HealthcareBenefits: Bupa Healthcare, Pension Scheme, 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 3 Additional Christmas Shutdown DaysThe Opportunity An established and growing fit-out and specialist joinery contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join its senior management team.With a turnover of approximately £15 million and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and bespoke joinery projects, the business works across a diverse range of sectors including hospitality, leisure, commercial interiors, retail, aviation and public-facing environments.This is a predominantly office-based role overseeing multiple live projects across the North West, with occasional travel to sites further afield.The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, client management and supporting site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. The Role Reporting to the Directors, you will oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously, managing all aspects of delivery from pre-start through to completion.Projects typically range from £1m to £6m in value, including: High-end retail fit-outsCommercial interiorsHotels and hospitality projectsLeisure facilitiesAirport environmentsFootball stadiums and public venuesSpecialist joinery packagesRefurbishment ..... full job details .....
