Our client work on a variety of different projects including new builds, refurbishments and internal fit outs across the UK.The client are based in the North West but can cover nationwide projects.What’s in it for you

Salary up to £75kCompany car/Car allowance (10% salary)Pension25 Days HolidayResponsibilities

Oversee between 3-5 projects and site teamsManage contracts, including negotiating terms and conditionsEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetMonitor project progress and report on key metricsResolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the projectCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure project successStay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practisesYour experience/knowledge

Experience working on fit out projectsExperience working on general build porjectsStrong understanding of construction contracts and regulationsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership and decision-making abilitiesNext steps
