On offer is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the business and mould a department through progression and autonomy. This well-established company specialise in the electrical inspection and testing of building for their customers. Their client base is mainly within the commercial sector and has been expanding consistently, with a recent merger leading to further growth, as a result they are now looking to add a Service Manager to the team. In this role you will manage an expanding team of 4-5 engineers and lead the planning and scheduling function to maximise productivity and customer service. You''ll oversee work orders from instruction through to completion, manage subcontractors, and take commercial responsibility for pricing remedials and additional works to hit turnover and gross profit targets. This role would suit someone from a Project or Contract Management background who wants ownership, influence over a team and wants a long-term opportunity to grow into the Director level.
