Senior Procurement and Contracts Manager

Morgan Law is delighted to be supporting a major public sector organisation in the appointment of a Senior Procurement and Contracts Manager to lead procurement, commercial and contract management activities across a significant capital investment programme.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement and commercial professional to play a key role in delivering value, managing risk, and supporting the successful delivery of a substantial capital portfolio. The Opportunity You will lead the organisation''s procurement and commercial function, providing strategic advice and commercial expertise across a wide range of projects and contracts. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams and service managers, supporting the delivery of major construction, estates and development projects whilst ensuring compliance with public procurement regulations and best practice contract management. Key responsibilities include:Managing the procurement pipeline and providing commercial advice throughout project lifecycles.Supporting business case development, market engagement and sourcing strategies.Advising on contract structures, including NEC and other industry-standard forms of contract.Driving best practice contract and supplier management across the organisation.Managing key Facilities Management, compliance and estates-related contracts.Overseeing landlord and tenant relationships across a commercial property portfolio.Developing commercial ..... full job details .....
