To be based at their office in Rotherham and you will be working on civils projects across Manchester and Yorkshire.This is a career enhancing opportunity with a company who offer great development and progression opportunities and is known as an employer who put their people first.Key responsibilities for a Contracts Managerrole:• Working with a variety of clients•Develop and drive civils schemes from EDI stage to delivery•Develop and manage contractual programmes, updating cost forecasts alongside the commercial team.Experience required for this Contracts Managerrole:• Experience in the delivery of multiple civils schemes or a major project within utilities.• Extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.•Knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts•A formal qualification in a civil engineering related subject is advantageousPackage offered for this Contracts Managerrole:• Up to £60,000 negotiable based on experience• Car or Car ..... full job details .....
