A reputable defence organisation are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to support on important bid and commercial activities within their growing Electronic Warfare (EW) Division.Role: Contracts ManagerDuration: 6-month contractPay: Up to 60 p/hr (Inside IR35)Location: Luton (Hybrid)You''ll play a pivotal role in managing high-value contracts, leading commercial negotiations, supporting business-winning activities, and shaping commercial strategy across key programmes and bids.Key Responsibilities:Leading contract negotiations with UK and international customersManaging the drafting, review and administration of complex contractual terms and conditionsDeveloping and implementing commercial strategies that deliver the best outcomes.Supporting business-winning activities, proposals and bid submissionsProducing compliant customer pricing and commercial submissionsManaging contract performance, change control and commercial riskDrafting and reviewing: Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)Software Licensing AgreementsMemorandums of Understanding (MOUs)Other commercial agreements and contractual documentationWorking closely with Procurement to ensure appropriate contractual flow-down to subcontractorsYou''ll have the opportunity to engage directly with UK and international customers, influence major commercial decisions and work on your experience across a broad portfolio of contracts and bids.Key Requirements:Proven experience within Aerospace and Defence.Experience ..... full job details .....
